Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

On average, orders will be processed/shipped within 3-5 business days of being received.  Orders will ship from North Central Kansas.

Local Pickup

You may skip shipping fees by selecting "local pick-up" at checkout.  Your order will be processed in the same timeframe of 3-5 business days.  You will receive a message when your order is ready for pickup, along with additional instructions for pick-up.

Pre-Order Items

Any items that are pre-order items will be listed as pre-order.  Please note that shipping may take longer than usual on pre-order items because we do not have pre-order items in stock.

Lost Packages

The Neutral Native is not responsible for any packages lost in transit. If your package says it has been delivered but does not appear to be delivered to your address, please file a claim with USPS:

RETURN POLICY

The Neutral Native accepts returns for store-credit only.  If you would like to initiate a return, please contact support@theneutralnative.com.  The item must be returned within 14 days of you receiving the item. The item must be in its original condition*.  The buyer is responsible for paying for the return shipping. Once the item being returned is received by The Neutral Native, we will check over the item to ensure it has not been worn or is damaged in any way.  If the item is deemed eligible for return by The Neutral Native, you will receive store credit for the original purchase, not including shipping cost.  All sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.

* Original Condition: item has not been worn, washed, or damaged in any way.
